This programme is designed for:

• middle and senior managers and leaders in schools in the UK and overseas;
• those who advise these managers and leaders e.g. Local Authority staff, educational consultants, policy advisors.

It will enable participants to develop, broaden and deepen their critical understanding of the organisations and the environments in which they operate, and manage change and promote the development of themselves, their colleagues and the organisation.
